Please be aware that foxes and coyotes have been seen recently in the community and specifically the park area near the tennis court. Bobcats have also recently been spotted in the community. Below is some general information regarding bobcats.
Please do not leave misc. items (furniture, bikes, appliances) in front of your unit hoping that someone will drive by and pick it up. This will encourage individuals that wouldn't normally be in the community to drive through consistently and this could be a security issue. There have already been recent issues with crimes in the neighborhood that we would like to discourage. So, please contact Management for a large item pickup and do not leave items in front of your unit. Thanks for your help with this.
There has been an increasing parking problem in the community. Please review the below attached letter regarding this issue.
